SIDERAL Feminized Cannabis Seeds – Ripper Seeds

Sideral description

Sideral is one of Ripper Seeds’ earliest projects and the clone that later served as the mother for developing Zombie Kush, when crossed with Bubba Kush. The cross between an old Lavender Kush clone, a special Lavender selection from Soma known for its earthy, spicy Kush like flavor, and the bank’s Amnesia had a clear goal: to achieve a hybrid with a broad, intense range of aromas and flavors combining the best of two complementary lineages.

The result is a sativa dominant variety (over 60%) with a fruity, Haze and woody profile, a high THC level and a potent yet manageable effect, ideal for the regular consumer who wants to enjoy a great palate without being overwhelmed by the effect.

SIDERAL, a pool of terpenes.

Sideral genetics

Lavender Kush (Soma selection)

A special selection of Soma’s Lavender variety, called Lavender Kush for its earthy, spicy Kush like flavor and its indica character. It brings the earthy, spicy depth of the profile, the woody nuances and a Kush like base that gives the blend body and distinction. It’s also the clone that Ripper Seeds later crossed with Bubba Kush to create Zombie Kush, making Sideral the founding piece of that lineage.

• Earthy, spicy Kush like flavor
• Woody, spicy nuances
• Indica character that balances the blend

Amnesia

Brings the sativa character, the citrusy brightness and the stimulating effect that define Sideral’s most active, energetic dimension. Its Haze heritage introduces the fruity terpenes and aromatic complexity that blend with Lavender Kush’s earthy depth to create a profile of great breadth and balance.

• Citrusy, fruity Haze character
• Stimulating, cerebral effect
• Aromatic complexity from the Amnesia lineage

Aromatic and terpene profile

A profile of great breadth and intensity that combines the fruitiness and Haze of Amnesia with the wood, earth and spice of Lavender Kush. Amnesia sets the aromatic opening with its characteristic citrusy, fruity notes, while Lavender Kush adds the woody, earthy and spicy base that gives the blend depth and complexity. The result is a rich, balanced aromatic range that covers everything from the freshest and brightest to the deepest and most earthy.

• Fruity and citrusy from the Amnesia lineage
• Bright, complex Haze
• Wood and earth from Lavender Kush
• Spicy, Kush like base

Sideral effects

Sideral’s effect is potent yet manageable, with a high THC level (15 to 25%) that doesn’t become overwhelming thanks to the balance between its stimulating sativa heritage and Lavender Kush’s indica character. An ideal variety for the regular consumer looking for real potency without losing control, and who wants to enjoy a great palate as part of the experience.

• Stimulating, cerebral effect
• Potent yet manageable
• High THC level (15 to 25%)
• Balance between mental activation and physical wellbeing
• Ideal for the regular consumer

Growing

Sideral has a slightly sativa structure with compact flowers and large calyxes. Its flowering period is around 65 to 70 days indoors, during which it will reach double its initial size, so it’s important to plan the grow space with enough margin. Outdoors it’s ready for harvest in October and offers a high yield both indoors and outdoors.

• Indoor flowering: 65 to 70 days (under 9 weeks)
• Outdoor harvest: October
• Indoor yield: high (500 to 600 g/m²)
• Outdoor yield: high (400 to 1,000 g/plant)
• Slightly sativa structure with compact flowers
• Large calyxes
• Doubles in size during flowering

Who is this variety for?

For growers and consumers who value the palate as much as the effect, and who are looking for a variety with its own history within the Ripper Seeds catalog. Sideral is the founding piece of the Zombie Kush lineage and a variety with character of its own: fruity, woody and stimulating, with real potency that doesn’t sacrifice approachability or enjoyment of the terpene profile.
